Healthy Hair Tips

While taking care of our hair seems challenging to most, it really is only as challenging as you make it out to be. Keeping hair healthy requires having the proper knowledge about your hair. If you stick to a consistent routine of good hair care practices your hair can be healthy no matter what hair type you have.

Here is a simple do's and don't list to help you get started.

DO'S

You Must:

Eat a well balanced diet not just for the health of your hair , but for the health of your entire body. A diet filled with fresh fruits,vegtables and protein will help you feel good inside and out.

You Must:

Keep yourself hydrated! Most of the juices we get from the store do nothing for our bodies. If you are not a fan of water, try flavoring it with lemon juice, cucumbers, or juice from fresh squeezed oranges.

DON'TS

You Must Not:


Go to bed with out protecting your hair. cotton pillowcase and sheets removes the moisture out of your hair. If you keep going to bed without your silk bonnet or sleep on a satin pillowcase you may wake up to broken hairs.
